Creation of investment and technical documentation for the reconstruction of a multi-residential building with 33 residential units in the Municipality of Ilidža/Hrasnica

The project was carried out in three phases where Phase I included the preparation of the Design Project, Phase II the examination of the foundation soil and the preparation of the Elaborate on geotechnical tests, while phase III included the preparation of the Main Project (architectural phase, constructive phase, hydro phase, electrical phase, mechanical phase) and exterior decoration), and Elaborates on fire protection, safety at work, Elaborate on energy efficiency and Elaborate on environmental protection for the main project.
