Mission

70 years since founding

Today, more than 70 years after its establishment, the mission of Energoinvest could be reduced to the fact that, as a multidisciplinary, export-oriented engineering company, even now after all the past years, continues following the path defined as the “path to knowledge”.

The key activity of Energoinvest and its initial strength in the future shall remain to rest in:

its engineers who possess their own knowledge, the adoption of new technologies and their application, as well as the basic concept of Energoinvest’s business philosophy founded on strengthening long-term cooperation with business partners in the country and in the world, based not only on the development of its own needs but also on the development priorities of its partners with the possibility of technology and knowledge transfer.

Vision

Vision of Energoinvest stems from the company's strategic orientation based on:

specified decisions regarding planning, development and growth, flexible market orientation, technological and scientific resources and the achievement of global goals,

the organization of the company as a joint-stock company with an emphasis on business and new technological systems, which will enable an increase in annual income.

Energoinvest, d.d.- Sarajevo is a leading engineering company in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its activites includes designing and realisation of complex projects in country and abroad from the field of electrical power, hydro and civil engineering, automation, thermal power and  process plants, as well as telecommunication technologies.

Management of Energoinvest d.d had published integrated management policy that is constituent part of bussiness policy and that connects all elements of bussiness operating into integrated management system to satisfy requests of all interested parties, improving bussiness operating and achieving strategic targets in accordance with mission and vision of the Company. The Policy is harmonized with requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015,  ISO/IEC 27001:2022,  ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

Policy of the Company we realise implementing following  principles :  

• All key activities of our bussiness operating are planning and controlling in details to enable that conformity of our products be  rule not casualty  

• We are adopting to new market conditions with active and fast reaction on changes, to overcome risks in operating and to improve competency of the Company. 

• We are improving continually quality of our products and services applying modern technologies and employing competent staf that improve their skills and achieve new knowledges.

• We care about good partnership relations with suppliers, buyers and cooperants and we increase through mutually useful relations our competency and maintain image of reliable partner.  

• We are striving to fulfill settled requirements and to  recognize unexpresed needs and expectation of customers. Customer satisfaction evaluation is a motivation to us to be better and to learn on our mistakes 

• We are ensuring safety and health on work applying suitable measures, protection means, permanent training of personel and increasing consience about significance of implementation of planned measires in preventing injuries at work and diseases connected with work.  

• We are supporting initiatives of employees and encouraging their active participation in improving measures for health protection and increasing work safety 

• We are managing with our significant risks in bussiness operating,  identify critical informational property, we achieve continually understanding of its vulnerability and therates that may expose it to the risk, and we manage with risks of high value to reduce them to acceptable level through designing, implementation and maintenance of control for risk reduction   

• Under informational property that is subject of protection is implying: 

o Information created by the Company and information that is ownership of the Company 

o Information of customers and users of Company’ s services during realization of Company’s bussiness processes and realization of services    

o Information obtained by partner and suppliers of the Company 

o All other resources necessary for information procession necessary for rendering services and delivery of products 

• With such proactive access we  protect continually information appearing during realization of bussiness processes  of the Company through : 

o Protection from unauthorized access to the information 

o Information confidentiality maintenance 

o Protection from information disclosure to unauthorized persons or systems intentionally or unitentionally 

o Preserving information integrity with protection from unauthorized or unwanted changes 

o Ensuring permanent availability of information and devices for information procession 

• We report, explore and react timely to all abuses and suspicious activities concerning information safety 

• We are maintaining and testing continuity plans with emphasize to maintain continuity of information safety in process of recovering from unwanted event 

• We implement adequate programs of raising conscience about information safety and other important aspects of bussiness operating for employees of the Company, where it is applicable to other interested parties 

• We are managing with our significant environmental aspects and we act preventive to environmental protection . Waste that is created during realisation of our activities is treating in accordance with law and regulations in a controlled way . 

• We apply consistently  laws ,standards and other relevant regulations related to our bussiness operating.

• We use rationally natural and power resources with aim to decrease their exhausting and mitigating negative impact on climate changes 

• We are treating  professionally and conscientiously  customers, bussiness partners, employees and property that is entrusted to us. We are affirming zero-tolerance principle on corruption.We define and implement in practice bussiness behaviour principles 

• We offer equal possibilities  for employment and favorize non- discrimination believing that diversity brings numerous positive experiences and perspectives  

• We fulfill continually requirements of valid versions of implemented international standards  ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001,with work on permanent improvement of the system
